TURN YOUR TEEN'S PANIC INTO POWER THROUGH PLAY.
Steal the 7 R’s of Police Encounters Cheatcode that Trials & Triumph Board Game uses to teach over 10,000 teens how to master a police stop.
No "Talk." No Fear. Just Clarity.

• Know what to say and do when stopped by police;
• Respond to negative peer pressure that leads to group crimes;
• Feel confident every time they leave home without you (Hello Freedom!);
• Tap into their critical thinking to make the best, sound decisions;
• Act based on the law, not on their emotions.

Nobody thought teens would play a board game.
Until, 10,000 teens did!
Here's what I changed:
I stopped listening to skeptical adults and I listened to excited, engaged teens instead.
I tested Trials & Triumph Board Game on 300 youth in Illinois, Indiana, and Texas, ages of 13 - 18. I surveyed them and implemented their suggestions into the final product.
With their help, I tapped into 3 emotional learning triggers:
The Group Think Reframe: Teens rarely commit crimes alone. They "group-think," often blindly following a destructive, rogue leader. The game reverse-engineers this trigger to help teens make great decisions together.
The Fun & Games Framework: By gamifying a tough topic, teens learn faster and retain what they learn, so they can put the lessons to use if stopped by police moments or years after playing.
Fear of Losing It All: The game includes notable life milestones. As players encounter Flashing Lights, they quickly learn that they can lose all of their gains with one false move.
Now, teens play and don't want to stop!
TEENS ARE GOING CRAZY OVER THIS GAME!
They are learning fast and implementing what they learned immediately.
"I got stopped by police at the gas station down the street from the school a few days after we played the game. I know I would've talked back or taken off before, but I did everything I learned and they ended up letting me go." - James, 16

The Big Lie?
You’ve been taught that giving “The Talk” is the way to keep your kids safe during a police stop.
Meanwhile, "The Talk" actually sets your teen up for arrest and injury:
>>Tell her, “Be polite” (depletes her self-confidence).
>> Tell them, “Just do whatever the officer says” (leaves them vulnerable to physical harm and arrest).
>> Tell him to “Baby, just tell the truth” (sets hin up for a lengthy prison sentence).
>>Teach them to name-drop that his uncle is an officer or her dad is a doctor (as if the officers actually care).
>> Doomscroll on YouTube and TikTok, looking for scripts on what to say to police (meanwhile you don’t know if the person on the video is a reliable source).
None of this tells your teens what to do or say when stopped by a police officer.
And every day you keep repeating this advice, you’re conditioning your kid to lose.
